Youth Athlete Training

The OAK youth athlete program provides year-around training for performance development for youth athletes. While the program focuses on all key performance characteristics as speed, strength, agility, and cognitive.  The program also emphasizes athlete longevity through a variety of injury prevention and recovery techniques  (OAKmethod) to educate the athlete and ensure that not only are the athletes performing at their highest capacity, but also able to do so for every practice and every game through out there career.The program is available with frequencies of up to 2 days per week or up to 5 days per week to accommodate both in-season and off-season training.
